RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
A dynamic residential loft space designed to cater to the functional needs of a multi-generational family. The entry-level space plan is designed to accommodate a wheelchair family member. The design combines Industrial, Eclectic, and Scandinavian styles.
Full house renderings were built in SketchUp and I utilized the Enscape application to integrate texture and lighting for a more realistically rendered portrayal of the space.

Modeled the entry and upper floor plans in SketchUp and utilized Enscape to finalize rendering. Produced a video walk-through showing the entry, kitchen, dining, and living room.
