HOSPITALITY
PROJECT SCOPE: FULL GUT AND REMODEL
This hospitality villa project was one I was able to oversee from early conceptualization through installation. I contributed to streamlining early concept development and participated in site visits to take measurements and monitor project progress. I produced floor plans, elevations, details, reflected ceiling plans, and electrical plans, as well as developed a full 3D model of the residence for design development, problem-solving, and presentation purposes. I also assisted team members during the final installation phase.
