RE-BUILD
PROJECT SCOPE: FULL TEAR-DOWN AND REBUILD
I created the full construction documentation for this modern spec home including floor plans, flooring layouts, reflected ceiling plans, electrical and switching plans, elevations, and cabinetry details. I also oversaw the production of professional renderings outsourced from a Ukrainian visualization studio, providing plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, and a SketchUp model I created as reference material.
